Licensed Work: UniVoucher platform, including smart contracts, front-end code, and related documentation.

Additional Use Grant: Allowed usage for the purpose of integrating or interacting with the official UniVoucher smart contract, but not for operating derivative products under other brands or deploying new or modified smart contracts that use this code.

The Licensed Work is provided under the terms of the Business Source License 1.1 (the "License"). The License grants limited rights to use, modify, and distribute the Licensed Work, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Use Limitation

    The Licensed Work may not be used in a production environment, or for any commercial or revenue-generating purpose, except as permitted by the Additional Use Grant above.

  2. Additional Use Grant

    The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the Licensed Work to:

    • Integrate with or build front-end interfaces that directly interact with the official UniVoucher smart contracts deployed by UniVoucher.
    • Display UniVoucher documentation or UI elements only in a way that preserves UniVoucher branding and clearly attributes UniVoucher as the source.

    You may not:

    • Rebrand or repackage the Licensed Work for use under your own name, service, or protocol.
      • Use the Licensed Work with any smart contracts other than those officially deployed by UniVoucher.
      • Use the Licensed Work to create a competing product or service.

  3. Change Date and License Transition

    On the Change Date above, the License will automatically convert to the MIT License, granting broad rights to use, modify, and distribute the Licensed Work under those terms.

  4. Other Conditions

    • You must preserve this license notice in all copies or substantial portions of the Licensed Work.
    • You may not remove UniVoucher branding from UI components or documentation included in the Licensed Work.
